Villa security in Italy when you live abroad
NetCom Private Value
Villa in Italy, owner abroad: alarm, CCTV, alerts, keys, maintenance and response while the house is empty. One point of contact, in three languages.
The house stands empty for weeks or months. The design decides what happens when nobody is there: who is alerted, who enters, who responds.
The real problem
Many foreign owners, and many Italians who live abroad, have a villa on Lake Garda, in Tuscany or elsewhere in Italy. The system is there, but often nobody knows who should respond when an alert comes in at three in the morning. The security of an empty house is above all a chain of people and procedures.

What we provide for
- Alerts and verification: an alarm graded to the risk, video verification of the event, notifications to the owner and to the designated people, in their own language.
- Who responds: where requested, connection to a guarding or response service chosen by the owner; written rules on whom to call and in what order.
- Keys and access: temporary codes and permissions for gardeners, cleaning companies and guests, activated and revoked remotely, with a record of who has entered.
- Risks of an empty house: detection of flooding and smoke, temperature, power and connection failure, with backup power and communications.
- Remote management: system status, authorised images and history available from abroad, with clear rules on who sees what.
- Maintenance: periodic checks scheduled while the owner is away.
When you buy a villa
Before or after completion of the purchase we check the existing system: what works, what is missing, who still has codes and access. It is the easiest moment to reorganise everything.

Valuables, safe rooms and shelters
For those who keep artworks, jewellery or documents, the design includes safes, vaults and, if requested, a safe room or a private shelter.
Where and in which language
We look after villas throughout Italy and, on a project basis, in Europe: alarms, CCTV, support, safes, vaults, safe rooms and bunkers. We work in Italian, English and German, including with the owner's architect or property manager.

Frequently asked questions
How do you protect a villa in Italy when you live abroad?
With a chain of people and procedures written into the project: who receives the alerts, who responds, who may enter and how an event is verified. NetCom Security Group designs the alarm, video verification, remote access and protection from the risks of an empty house, and works in Italian, English and German.
Can I follow the whole project from abroad?
Yes. The first consultation, proposals and updates are handled remotely. NetCom carries out the site survey with the person the owner nominates.
Who responds to an alarm when I am away?
The people and services defined in the project respond, in the agreed order. If needed, NetCom connects the system to a guarding or response service chosen by the owner.
Can I give temporary access to gardeners and cleaners?
Yes. Time-limited codes and permissions are activated and removed remotely, with a record of who entered.
What happens if the villa loses power or internet?
The project includes backup power and an alternative communication channel, sized for the house. Alerts keep arriving even during a blackout or a line failure.
Should the system be checked when buying a villa?
Yes, it is the best moment. Before or after completion, NetCom checks what works, what is missing and who still has codes and access, and reorganises everything.
Which languages does NetCom work in?
NetCom Security Group works in Italian, English and German, including with the owner's architect or property manager, and looks after villas throughout Italy.
