Made-to-measure control rooms for villas and companies
NetCom Private Value
A control room is the point where the video, alarms, access and communications of a property are seen and managed together. We design it on the real site, throughout Italy, for villas, large estates and companies, with a single point of contact from design to support.
What a control room is and when it is needed
It is needed when there is more than one system (cameras, alarm, access control, intercom) and the people using them must have a single picture and clear procedures. It can be a dedicated room on the property or a station connected to an external centre.
Control rooms for villas, large estates and companies
A villa with several buildings, an estate, a company headquarters or a warehouse share a common problem: cameras, alarm, access control and intercom are separate systems and whoever uses them has to switch from one to the other. The control room brings them together in a single station, with screens and controls organised by priority. On a private property it serves those who keep valuable assets or have service staff; in a company, those who must coordinate several entrances, shifts and visitors.
What it shows and controls
Camera images, status of alarms and doors, access of people and vehicles, technical alerts. The information is ordered by priority, because in an emergency whoever is in the room must understand at once what is happening and what to do.
The room: position, protection and conditions
The room must be chosen and protected with the same care as the rest: a position that is not exposed, controlled access, uninterrupted power supply, air conditioning, tidy cabling. In the most delicate projects a room with a declared performance is considered, coordinated with the building envelope.
People and procedures
A control room works if it knows who watches, what they do, whom they alert. We define roles, shifts and operating instructions with the client; the operation stays with whoever manages it (we do not provide armed guarding or the management of keys and codes).
In-house station or external centre
The control room can be on the property, with the client's operators, or connected to an external centre that receives the events and follows the agreed procedures. The choice depends on hours, number of systems, confidentiality and organisation. NetCom designs and coordinates the system; the operation stays with whoever manages it.
Privacy and confidentiality
Recordings, access to the images and retention are set up in compliance with privacy legislation and the client's rules.
How we work
Confidential listening, site analysis, made-to-measure design, installation by our own qualified technicians, verification and support over time (Private Care).
What the project includes
- Analysis of the site and the existing systems: what can be reused and what must be integrated.
- Design of the room or station: position, access, technical furniture, uninterrupted power supply, air conditioning and cabling.
- Integration of video, alarms, access control and communications in a single interface.
- Written procedures: who watches, what they do, whom they alert and in which cases.
