Protecting valuables in projects by architects, surveyors and estate agents
NetCom Private Value
NetCom Private Value works alongside technical practices and estate agents when a project or a sale involves the safekeeping of valuables. We join the project early, with discretion, and we work with the professional, not in their place. We operate throughout Italy and, for major projects or on request, abroad as well.
When to involve us in the project
Involving NetCom from the first drawings makes it possible to decide early where to place a safe, a vault, an armoured door or a safe room, rather than adapting them to finished works. For architects, surveyors and designers this means fewer variations during construction and less work on floors, walls and services. A few details are enough: floor plan, intended use of the rooms, type of floor slab and walls, position of entrances and delivery routes. With these we indicate dimensions, floor loads, access routes and provisions (power supply, cabling, ventilation) to include in the design. We work throughout Italy, including when the property is still under construction.

What we can provide to professionals
Technical support that professionals can use in their own reports and drawings.
- Preliminary indications on solution, dimensions and position, to include in the report and drawings.
- Comparison of safes, armoured cabinets, vaults, armoured doors and safe rooms, based on what is to be kept.
- Installation by our licensed technicians, through to commissioning and handover.
- Confidentiality of client data and of the assets kept.
For estate agents and luxury property consultants
For buyers of a prestige property, confidentiality is a deciding factor. A safekeeping solution already in place or prepared for (safe, vault, armoured door, safe room) is an asset the agent can present with greater confidence. We help the agent explain what is already there, what can be prepared and which checks are needed, without anticipating performance or certifications that depend on the actual site. We can join a viewing with the buyer and prepare a confidential, clear note that is useful in the negotiation.
For international estate agencies
Many international agencies bring foreign clients to Italy and manage the entire process: search, negotiation, paperwork, renovation. For the buyer of a prestige villa, security is part of the decision. NetCom supports the agency with confidential advice on safe rooms, vaults, safes and armoured doors: what is already there, what can be prepared and which checks are needed, without anticipating performance that depends on the actual site. We work throughout Italy and liaise with the agency, the appointed professional and the client, in their own language. The location of a safe room remains confidential and is shared only with those who need to know.
Foreign clients and buyers from abroad
Buyers from outside Italy are often not present during the works. We can liaise with the appointed professional, document each phase and report clearly, with confidential communications and agreed timelines. Our team includes language contacts for Italian, English, German and Slovenian, so the client can speak with someone who uses their language.

How we work
- Private Qualification: a free, confidential first meeting to understand the need and the context.
- Non-disclosure agreement, signed before we receive floor plans or documents.
- Project analysis and, where needed, a site survey.
- Technical proposal with solutions, positions, dimensions and provisions.
- Coordination with the professional and with qualified partners.
- Commissioning and handover, with ongoing support (Private Care).
