Protecting what cannot be replaced
NetCom Private Value
NetCom Private Value is the NetCom Security Group line for tailored protection of homes, families and valuables: safes, vaults and strongrooms, armoured doors, safe rooms and control rooms. We work with owners, architects, surveyors and luxury real-estate agents, Italian and international, with full confidentiality and on a project basis. Based in Negrar di Valpolicella (Verona), we operate throughout Italy.
Who we work with
NetCom Private Value works with private owners and with the professionals who advise them. It helps anyone who buys, renovates or manages a property of value and wants to decide from the start where valuables will be kept and how the spaces will be protected.
- Families and owners of villas and prestigious apartments, Italian and foreign.
- Architects, engineers and surveyors, who can plan rooms, floors and routes suited to safes, vaults and armoured doors.
- Luxury real-estate agents and consultants, who can answer buyers’ security questions.
- Asset managers, property managers and businesses with valuables, documents or collections to keep.
What we design
Each solution is designed around the property and what it has to protect.
How a project works
- A first conversation, free and confidential (Private Qualification).
- Collection of plans and site data.
- A technical proposal, with dimensions and the preparations needed.
- Installation, testing and support over time (Private Care).
