Bespoke vaults and strongrooms

NetCom Private Value

We design high-security rooms for homes, businesses, archives and significant assets throughout Italy, coordinating the armoured shell, vault door, access and security systems.

When you need a vault

A vault protects an entire room and offers greater capacity, organisation and access control than a single safe. It is the right choice when the quantity, value or nature of the assets call for a dedicated space and defined procedures.

Strongroom for a villa or private home

In a villa, a strongroom is not just a reinforced room: it must fit in with the spaces of the house, the existing structure and the habits of the people who live there. It can be created from an existing room, such as a cellar, a storeroom or an internal room, or planned as part of a new build or a renovation.

Before proposing a solution we check where to place it, how it is reached, which walls and floors surround it, where the building services run and who must be able to enter. The aim is a discreet room, usable every day and consistent with the rest of the home.

A vault at home or in the workplace: what changes

A vault for private wealth, a collection or an archive has different requirements from one for a business. At home, discretion, access times and integration with the security system matter; in a business, procedures, responsibilities, traceability of openings and operational continuity matter.

Together we define what the room must hold, how many people access it, at what times and under what rules, and we start the project from there.

The enclosure: walls, ceiling and floor

Security depends on the continuity of the shell. We analyse the existing structure, weak points, service penetrations, loads and site constraints to define protected walls, ceiling and floor.

Vault door and declared performance

The door is chosen according to the required resistance level and the characteristics of the room. We assess products classified according to the applicable standards, checking locks, frame, opening and compatibility with the masonry.

Choosing the door for the vault

The door is the most visible part of the project, but it only works if it is consistent with the rest of the room. We assess the required resistance level, the type of lock and opening, the size of the opening, the weight to be supported and how the frame is anchored to the structure.

For each case we recommend products whose performance is declared and documented by the manufacturer; the performance of the whole also depends on the masonry, installation and commissioning. Learn more about vault doors and armoured doors.

Access, alarm and internal conditions

The project can integrate access control, opening and attack detection, alarm, video surveillance and environmental monitoring according to the assets stored and the authorised users.

Feasibility study and coordination

We check the structure, access routes, technical spaces and operating procedures before the detailed design. Learn more about vault doors and armoured doors or see all Private Value solutions.

How to choose between a vault, a strongroom and a safe

A safe protects a container; a vault or strongroom protects an entire room. The assessment covers the assets stored, volumes, daily access, the value to be insured and the available structure. The resistance grade is chosen according to the risk and to any insurance conditions, to be checked with your own insurer.
