Data and purposes: we process the data entered in the form — identification and contact details, area of availability, professional area, LinkedIn profile, introduction and CV in PDF format — solely to assess your application and, where applicable, to establish an employment or collaboration relationship.
Legal basis and provision of data: pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 111-bis of the Italian Privacy Code). Fields marked as mandatory are required to submit the application; the others are optional. We do not ask for marketing consent. Please do not include special categories of data that are not relevant to the selection.
Recipients and retention: the data are processed by authorised persons and by our technical hosting and e-mail providers, to the extent necessary. For applications that are not followed up, the data are kept for a maximum of 24 months from submission; if a relationship is established, the periods required by law and by that relationship apply.
Rights: you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection where applicable and portability where applicable by writing to info@netcomsecuritygroup.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). No solely automated decisions are made in the selection process.
