Analytics cookies are set on the website's domain and used by Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited. Your choice is stored in localStorage, which is separate from cookies: the website code checks how long it remains valid. You can remove this value through your browser settings.
The 14-month retention of user and event data in Analytics is separate from the 180-day cookie lifetime in the browser. Resetting retention for user identifiers when new activity occurs is disabled.
Content from external services
The Google Apps Script form and CARTO/CartoDB map images on the Contact page require connections to their respective providers. Loading these resources is separate from enabling Analytics and involves transmitting technical data needed for the requests.
Technical data may be transmitted even when no cookies are present. The Privacy Policy describes the services involved and how form data is handled.
Changing, withdrawing or deleting your choice
Use “Manage privacy” to change your choice. Withdrawal disables Analytics for subsequent browsing and does not automatically erase statistics already collected; contact the controller for requests concerning your data.
You can also inspect and delete cookies and local data through your browser settings. Blocking necessary technologies may affect some functions. If you delete your stored choice, the website may ask you to choose again.
