In Veneto, protection follows the way you live and work.
A house with a garden, a workshop with a warehouse, a property in a historic centre: every property combines different access points, people and rhythms. The project starts from these relationships, to make security understandable and usable every day.
NetCom looks after homes, businesses and organisations throughout Veneto: Verona, Vicenza, Padua, Treviso, Venice, Belluno and Rovigo, from cities to rural, mountain and coastal areas.
Homes and businesses, with needs to keep distinct
From the front door to the garden
Apartments, detached houses and properties with outbuildings call for attention to entrances, garage, windows and outdoor routes. Protection must also take into account pets, habitual routes and shared areas.
Alarm and perimeter protection are coordinated with how the home is used. We define what to protect while people are present and what to activate when the property is empty.
Workshops, offices and hospitality
In businesses with retail, production or hospitality, customers, staff and suppliers use different spaces. The project distinguishes areas open to the public from storerooms, technical rooms and restricted areas.
Authorised access, alarm and video verification of alerts must support opening, working and closing. What matters is being able to manage individual zones without complicating daily operations.
Three aspects to clarify in the project
The same technology takes on different roles in an urban building, a rural property and a seasonal business.
Installation and existing spaces
In historic centres we examine cable routes, surfaces and fixing points. The site survey helps identify solutions compatible with the property and any constraints to be checked.
Courtyards, access points and outbuildings
In open spaces we observe routes, vegetation, lighting and habitual traffic. The purpose and position of each device have to be defined on site, distinguishing access points to watch from ordinary passages.
Absences and seasonal closures
For second homes and hospitality properties we agree who receives the alerts, how events are verified and how someone can intervene. Power supply, communications and monitoring of the system’s status are part of the assessment too.
Security throughout Veneto
We follow projects throughout Veneto: Verona, Vicenza, Padua, Treviso, Venice, Belluno and Rovigo.
Cities, plains and business areas
Verona, Vicenza, Padua, Treviso and Rovigo: homes, company offices and properties outside town call for a specific reading of access points, outbuildings and ways of use.
Lakes, coast and mountains
From Lake Garda to Venice and the Venetian area, up to Belluno and the mountain areas, the project also considers discontinuous occupancy, outdoor spaces and local conditions.
Tax incentives to consider before you spend
Incentives: start from the actual work
For residential properties, whether national incentives apply requires checking the work, the beneficiary, the property, the year of expenditure and the formalities. The tax assessment concerns the individual taxpayer.
Any local grant must be checked against the relevant official call: beneficiaries, eligible expenses and application deadlines. Before committing the expense, you need to clarify which rules apply to the project.
Questions about your project
Do you also work outside Verona and Lake Garda?
Yes, we operate throughout Veneto, including Verona, Vicenza, Padua, Treviso, Venice, Belluno and Rovigo. To set up the project we need the location, how the property is used and your protection priorities.
Can the house and the workshop be protected separately?
Division into zones is assessed according to the system, the spaces and the access points. It lets us design ways of use that fit the hours and the people authorised in each area.
How do you set up security for a second home?
We start from access points, the length of absences and how alerts are handled. Video verification, water-leak detection and continuity of communications can be assessed according to the characteristics of the property.
Let’s talk about your project
Tell us where the property is, how it is used and what you want to address. From this we can set up the technical discussion.
Architects, surveyors, builders and estate agents working with international clients are welcome to contact us too.
