For residential work, whether national incentives apply depends on the beneficiary, the property, the planned work, the year of expenditure and the formalities. The reference is the rules currently in force from the Italian Revenue Agency.
For company premises or any local measures, the check must concern the specific case and the official call that applies. A technical solution does not automatically give access to grants or tax deductions.

What should be considered for a lake residence used only occasionally?
Access points, outbuildings and the length of absences are the starting point. We then define how alerts are received and verified, checks on the state of the system and any water-leak detection.
